Alpine ski chalet exterior at dusk

List your chalet. Take bookings direct.

An independent marketplace for Alpine chalets — a flat annual fee, no commission, and a direct line between you and the guest.

Why Chalet Hunter

A marketplace that stays out of the way.

Chalet Hunter exists to put guests in front of the people who run the chalets — not to insert itself into the booking.

  1. 01

    Direct enquiries, no commission

Guests enquire with you directly from the listing. We never take a cut of the booking or add a fee to the guest — the price you set is the price they pay.

  2. 02

    Keep your own brand

Link your own website and channels from the listing. Chalet Hunter sends you guests; it doesn’t sit between you and them.

  3. 03

    Built for ski, not everything

A marketplace for Alpine chalets, apartments and lodges only — found by people specifically looking for a ski trip.

  4. 04

    Your listing, your terms

You set availability, pricing, deposits and cancellation terms. The booking contract is between you and the guest.

How it works

Listed in three steps.

  1. 01

    Create your host account

Register for a host account and tell us about your business. It takes a few minutes.

  2. 02

    Add your chalets

Upload photos, descriptions, features and availability for each property. Edit anything any time.

  3. 03

    Take enquiries direct

Guests message you straight from the listing. You confirm availability, price and terms with them.

Host FAQs

The questions hosts ask first.

What does it cost to list my chalet?

Chalet Hunter charges hosts a flat annual listing fee. There is no per-booking commission and no booking fee added to the guest — the price you quote is the price the guest pays. Get in touch for current pricing.

Who handles the booking and payment?

You do. Guests send an enquiry from your listing and you respond with availability, exact pricing, deposit terms and payment instructions. The booking contract is between you and the guest — Chalet Hunter is the marketplace that connects you.

Can I keep my own website and branding?

Yes. Your listing can link to your own website and channels. We are an independent marketplace that sends you enquiries; we do not replace your own brand or take ownership of the guest relationship.

How do you check hosts and listings?

We monitor listings and try to verify the hosts behind them. Gathering firm evidence is not always straightforward, so we are honest that this is best-effort rather than a guarantee — but a real, contactable host behind every listing is what we are working towards.

What kind of properties can I list?

Catered and self-catered ski chalets, apartments, penthouses and lodges across the Alps — from a single property to a full portfolio.
