- Enquiry data: the details of any enquiries you send to a host (dates, party size, message).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site. We use this for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store full card details.
3. Why we collect it
We process your data to provide the service (account, enquiries, bookings), to keep the platform secure, to comply with our legal obligations, and — where you have agreed — to send you product updates.
4. Who we share it with
We share data with hosts when you send them an enquiry, with our payment processor (Stripe), with our email provider (Postmark), and with hosting providers (Vercel, Laravel Forge). We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus up to 90 days after deletion for backup and audit purposes. Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years to support dispute resolution.
6. Your rights
