LOCATION/POSITION The Townhouse is approximately 5 minutes walk from Super Morzine Telecabine and 10 minutes to the Pleney, and only a few mintues walk from the closest restaurant and supermarket, not to mention great views of the mountains from an elevated terrace on the second floor. LAYOUT (145 metres sq.) The ground floor and entrance has a large ski/boot room with boot dryers and a garage for bikes. Also there is a washer and dryer room at the back of the garage. The large family bedroom has a super king double/twin beds as well as a double sofa bed and an additional TV and Nintendo Wii. There is a sauna with a walk in shower and a separate toilet.
